What can I say. It almost brings a tear to my eye when I see a young new monger cutting his teeth on Trike Patrol for the first time. This week we welcome Steven, the newest member of the squad, with his maiden video voyage from the Philippines. He checked into a nondescript Manila hotel with nothing but rest on his mind, but as things often turn out in the PI, a can’t-miss opportunity presented itself seemingly out of nowhere. Upon being shown the room by one of the sleepy little hotel’s female “staff”, he ended up showing his staff to her just a few strangely exciting moments later.
